A style analysis with frequent phrases, action patterns, and personalized communication details.
When a user wants an out-of-office reply or another assistant to sound like them, this skill can first analyze their Teams and email writing patterns and create a reusable style profile.
It suits office users who want consistent communication by extracting recurring habits such as greetings, tone, message length, punctuation, and sign-offs from past chats and emails.
Before drafting future emails, messages, or explanatory text, users can build a style profile so other skills can imitate their typical phrasing and communication patterns.
The README explains how to collect communication samples from Outlook sent mail and Teams chats, focusing on emails with real body content, active chats, and messages sent by the current user while keeping the sample diverse. It then analyzes style across dimensions such as greetings, tone, length, punctuation, sign-offs, common phrases, technical communication, and action patterns, outputs a structured summary table, and stores the profile in memory for reuse by other skills.
Analyze the user's communication patterns across Teams and Outlook and build a style profile that other skills or automations (e.g. an out-of-office auto-responder) can use to write in the user's voice. Save the profile to memory so it's available across sessions.
